We are calling for听beyond 30%听representation of ALL women on boards and executive teams globally,听with a particular focus on C-suite roles.
We aim for women and gender diverse people to hold听at least 30% of chair and senior independent director roles, as well as executive committee roles听鈥� particularly CEO and CFO roles.
For this reason, we have听aligned with The 50-30 Challenge, an initiative between the Government of Canada, Canadian businesses, and diversity organizations.

Recognizing the positive impact that diversity at leadership levels can have on the economy, the 30% 91成人导航 is committed to building a strong foundation of business leaders to champion meaningful, sustainable change in the gender balance and broader diversity of boards and executive committees. To accomplish this the Advisory Committee is working to engage Board Chairs and CEOs to commit to accelerate progress towards a minimum of 30% representation.

鈥淥ur objective is to achieve a minimum of 30% women on the boards and at the executive management level of S&P/TSX composite index companies by 2022. 30% is the level at which critical mass is achieved and contributions of a minority group cease being representative of that particular group and begin to be judged on their own merit.鈥�
